Roof Repair
Missing shingles cause water intrusion through the exposed underlayment and decking. We don't just replace the missing shingle. We check the deck for moisture damage with a Protimeter pin meter, replace any compromised underlayment, and weave new CertainTeed Landmark shingles into the existing pattern.

Our Guild emergency crews carry 20x30 tarps, 2x4 nailer boards, and masonry anchors for various deck types. Permanent repairs are scheduled within 48-72 hours once materials are sourced.
Skylight Installation
Tubular skylights bring light into tight spaces. Closets, laundry rooms, interior bathrooms. They use a reflective tube through the attic space, so they work even when the roof is far from the ceiling. Installed in a few hours.
